Follow the 3 step program how to use Maxim products for an optimal performance, according to the type of sport you do. The following scheme contains guidelines. Try out yourself what works best for you.

* You can use 4 single portions Energy Gel or 1 gelpack (100 g) in 3 servings.

Tip: During exercise you can combine Maxim Energy Drink perfectly with the Maxim Energy Gels or Bars.

  • If you prefer Energy Gel during exercise, drink water or a light sweet Energy Drink with it, 750 ml per hour
  • If you prefer Energy Bars during exercise, drink a light sweet or sweet Energy Drink with it, 750ml per hour
  • Do you prefer to use just Energy Drink as fluid and energy source, drink a sweet Maxim Energy Drink, 750ml per hour. (Or add one scoop of Energy Mix to a light sweet Energy Drink)
